Cancel your subscription, or ask for a refund

How to cancel, what you keep afterwards, and the 30 day refund that applies to monthly, annual and Lifetime alike.

Cancelling

Go to Subscription and choose Cancel. That is the whole process; there is no retention flow and nobody to talk to first.

Your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel on day 3 of a month you have bought, you keep everything until day 30.

What happens at the end

The account moves to Free. Your files stay and stay downloadable, your history stays, your vaults stay. The only real change is the allowance, and the one consequence worth planning for is armed vaults over the new limit — see what happens when your plan drops.

Refunds

Write to support within 30 days of any payment and it is refunded in full. That covers monthly, annual and Lifetime equally. You do not have to give a reason and you will not be argued with.

Refunds go back to the card that paid, and usually appear within five to ten business days depending on the bank.

Refunding a Lifetime purchase

Same rule, same 30 days. The account returns to Free afterwards, with files and history intact.

After 30 days

Outside the window we do not refund as a matter of course, but write anyway if something genuinely went wrong — a duplicate charge, a renewal you had already cancelled, a plan that did not work as described. Those get sorted out.

Cancelling is not deleting

Cancelling stops the payments and keeps the account. If you want the account and all its contents erased, that is a separate and irreversible thing. Ask for any refund before deleting, because there is nothing left to refund against afterwards.
